In 1995, I sustained multiple spider bites on my thigh. The pain was so severe that the borderline between pain and paralysis was thin. It took almost a full year to recover, and I published the protocol for my recovery. The venom was nothing compared to the bacterial neurotoxin, and it took immense effort to walk again. While recovering on the sofa in the living room, I used the remote control and listened to a lot of music, heard voices, often found myself lingering between dimensions with awareness of both sides of the veil. Ultimately, the recovery was complete as there has not been any necrosis nor need for any medical interventions.
Some months ago, I stumbled on the aria La Tarántula and was enchanted. After posting it, I was thinking of an encore and found this budding young ballerina.
The tarantella is a Sicilian folk dance.
It is amazing how classical ballet develops one's innate character!
" -- just beautiful!! a rare level of caliber in technique and artistry at this age🏆.
Found that the young dancer Anastasia studies at Children's Ballet Academy of Ekaterina Gromova in St. Petersburg, Russia… also found this photo (https://vk.com/gromova_ballet?z=photo-191645568_457241708%2Falbum-191645568_00%2Frev) posted on the wall of the school’s VK site (aka, VKontakte, is a Facebook-like Russian social media platform with millions of users; it is currently banned in US and many other countries)... it is also on their Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn3vl7wg0TF/?hl=en) account..
The photo is from the wall of the actual ballet school, posted to promote "our summer schedule" (2006)."
