Thank you for letting your subscribers know you are focusing on what seems important to them, but please keep sharing other knowledge as well. I am commenting for the first time and have had to go through several steps in order to comment. I subscribed when you sent the first invitation to my Proton account. I understand your need for privacy given the times we live in, but some of your subscribers may feel responding isn't in their own best interests while gaining the knowledge you are sharing. At our age, I am a few months older than you, we have seen many different aspects of our lives and the last decade has seen a devolution that humanity in general hasn't seen in a very long time. Many people need time to digest your information before understanding and/or responding. Since I have followed your postings for many years I may be able to incorporate your information more quickly than some others, yet I still feel hesitant to respond until I have a firm grasp of what you are sharing. I'm sure we both feel that we need to disseminate what we have learned before our time here is done for now, but your audience is probably much more diverse and in need of all you have to teach than your research of the Substack shows. Please keep sharing all the things that interest you for the enlightenment of all. Thank you for all past, present, and future postings.
Betty, thank you for taking the time to write so insightfully. I much appreciate the effort you made and will try very hard to keep my fingers on the pulse.
The essential oils are under the name Bioethika Oils and there is a website with a complete listing: https://bioethikaoils.com
Acid reflux is a little more complicated because there may be physiological reasons and/or dietary ones. Without knowing more, I am reluctant to comment except to suggest that you analyze your food intake to see if there is a common denominator between when there is a reflux and what you were eating at the time.
Thank you very much for sharing - what you say aligns with my thinking, actually helping me to envision things more clearly.
my thoughts…
“… on community and family/households…There are many incomplete projects, one of which is to create a community in which food and herbs are grown, studied, and administered in state of the art residential facilities…”
-- creating a sustainable community connected to the earth and its value is exactly where my interest lies.
-- what would the structure look like in the initial phase(s) of such a community? Could it start out as one or several family/households?
In Hawaii, there is a term for a group that creates a project together. It is called a "hui" and this structure is very flexible and assures at least enough like-mindedness to guarantee that goals will be met. I will ask permission to upload the pdf so that others can see the vision.
Your information, stories and perspectives are always of great value I find through years of following you. Deepest gratitude. The practical in things like how to grow food in small spaces is crucial as well as the stories of your history and experiences. Love to hear more about the Hawaiian mystic you spent time with and her teachings. I must say you consistently tune into what is of great importance to share that will benefit the whole. Thank you, always exciting and enlightening to receive your posts and read your articles.

I would love to see that book on music therapy and reincarnation published. I hope that comes to fruition.
Thank you for all of your insights. Where do we look at your essential oils one there use? Also which modality do recommend for acid reflux?
